Are there VIP tickets?

How many acts will perform at KPOP BANG?
There will be 5 acts plus one „very special guest“.
Is it possible to book accommodations with the tickets?
Ticketmaster and Travelcircus offer ticket-packages that include hotel-accomodation.
Are there discounts for severely disabled persons?
Yes, there are special offers for people in wheelchairs
Do you need an extra parking ticket in advance?
No, parking is available on-site and you pay when you enter the parking area.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can order at the same time?
The maximum number for orders is 6 tickets.
Are the tickets personalized?
No, just the person that places the order is registered.
When will the tickets be shipped?
Tickets will be shipped right after full payment is received.
Collector-Tickets shipping takes some extra days due to the production. Tickets will get to you in time before the event.
Can I cancel my order?
In some special cases ticket cancellations are possible. The ticket regulations from Ticketmaster Deutschland and MAIN ENTERTAIN apply.
Will the tickets remain valid if the event is cancelled?
In case of a postponement of the event the tickets remain valid.
In case of a cancellation of the event the ticketholder will be refunded the ticket price.
Is there fan numbering?
The following zones will be using a numbering-system:
STAR CIRCLE MIT EARLY ACCESS
STAR CIRCLE
PINK CIRCLE
The queues in all waiting areas are controlled and monitored. Please don’t worry about these areas being too crowded.
Water supply and toilets are accessible in those areas as well.
How will fan numbering work?
For each of these 3 zones there will be a specific waiting area. The NUMBER-WRISTBANDS can be retrieved at NUMBER-COUNTERS directly behind the entrance gates. The counters are open from 2:30 until 4:30 pm.
Are there age restrictions?
With 16 years you can visit the festival alone until the end. Under 16 years at least one parent must be present or an accompanying person who is at least 18 years of age including a note of parental approval.
Do I have to bring a printed ticket with me on the day of the event?
Yes, the ticket should be printed, but you can also use the ticketmaster-App for mobile ticketing.

When will the acts be announced?
Two acts will be announced with the start of ticket sales on December 22nd, 2022. More acts will follow in the new year. We are working hard to present the full line-up as soon as possible.
Why aren't all acts announced at the start of ticket sales?
We are in constant contact with the entertainments in South Korea to get the best possible line-up for the festival. Give us feedback and tell us your ideas – we will try to fulfill your wishes.
What are the opening times?

Are there age restrictions?

Is there a pre-show/warm-up show?
There will be a dance contest and a rookie performance beforehand.
When does the show in the stadium start?
The warm-up with Random Dance and Rookie Performances starts at 5:30 pm.
The main acts start at 7:30 pm.
Is there a Korean Festival at the stadium?
Yes, there is a Korean food court and booths from partners of the event.
This includes Korean food trucks, infobooths and Merchandising.
Can I pay with cash or card?
CATERING: You can pay with debit card, credit card, apple pay, google pay or the stadium’s „Knappencard“. Cash is not accepted except to upload money to your Knappencard.

The event is organized with the support of the RED CROSS and in accordance with a health and safety concept by the venue.
Journey and Parking
Is the journey by public transportation free of charge?
Yes, the tickets include public transportation within the VRR-network (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr). The exact terms can be found here: https://www.vrr.de/en/homepage/
What is the cost of parking on site?
Parking costs 10 euros per vehicle.
Do you need an extra parking ticket in advance?
No, parking is available on-site and you pay when you enter the parking area.
Is it possible to book accommodations with the tickets?
Ticketmaster and Travelcircus offer ticket packages that include hotel accomodation.

Bags up to DIN A4 size may be brought on the day of the event. Check online for „stadium approved bags“.
Is there a possibility to lock the bags on site?
Yes, there will be facilities to leave your bags in front of the entrance gates. There will be locker-stations inside the stadium-site as well.
Which type of cameras am I allowed to bring?
Cameras with a fixed lense and mobile phones are allowed.
What items am I allowed to bring?
Lightsticks are allowed.
All your lightsticks need to fit in one A 4 bag at the same time.
Powerbanks (10 cm long x 7 cm wide x 3 cm high) are also allowed.
Which food and drink am I allowed to bring?
Tetrapacks up to 500ml.
